With a career spanning over a decade, Nicole has a broad array of experience in the healthcare space that includes research, product development, product management, and change management. Her approach combines data-driven insights with a deep understanding of human behavior, allowing her to implement innovative solutions that address both immediate and long-term organizational needs.

Nicole is a lifelong learner, always looking to advance her knowledge to support client success. In 2019, she became a certified change management practitioner. She also holds a master’s degree in biotechnology and bachelors’ degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology and psychology.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys walking her dog, traveling, working out, and spending time exploring new restaurants with family and friends.
