Michelle DeKeyrel is a dynamic and mission-driven professional dedicated to transforming revenue cycle processes and advisory support through innovative models and strategies. As the founder and CEO of Eutemia LLC since January 2018, Michelle leads the company's market strategy and people operations, striving to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Michelle's expertise over the past 20 years spans revenue cycle operations, change management, and strategic consulting. Her background includes multiple roles leading teams and transforming clients at Huron Healthcare prior to launching her own firm and serving in interim Revenue Cycle leadership roles for multiple years, where she honed her skills in performance improvement and decision analytics. Michelle has successfully led over 30 major projects, driving improvements in key performance indicators and organizational processes.

Known for her charismatic leadership and collaborative spirit, Michelle excels in relationship building and problem-solving. Her work is characterized by a keen ability to understand and address the core needs of organizations, happily creating “something from nothing”, in an efficient, thoughtful manner.  

She holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois, and has pursued additional certifications in Revenue CycleExecutive (CRCE) and Change Management (CCMP).
